Kaitlyn West is the principal of Apparo Academy, where she is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for students with special needs and those who are typically developing. With 10 years of experience and degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Administration, Ms. West values the strong collaboration between teachers, therapists, and nursing staff to support each student’s growth. She is passionate about preparing students for the future by equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Ms. West is also committed to supporting the Apparo community and fostering strong partnerships with families to help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
